Sound Healing

Kuyuriy: Pre-Incan Yoga

Kuyuriy is an ancestral movement practice from the Andean tradition, predating the Inca Empire. Through conscious movement, breath, and connection to the earth, Kuyuriy helps to release energetic blockages and restore the body’s natural flow. A deeply grounding and revitalizing practice.


Andean Altar Workshop

Learn how to create and work with a traditional Andean altar (mesa), a sacred space for prayer, intention, and connection with the spiritual world. In this workshop, Tayta Willak shares the symbolism and protocols of the Kichwa altar tradition, empowering you to continue this practice in your own life.


Runa Mikuy: Traditional Andean Meal Workshop

Pacha Manka – Lunch Ceremony

Pacha Manka (“Earth Pot”) is an ancient Andean cooking ceremony in which food is prepared underground using heated stones. This communal ritual is a celebration of gratitude to Pacha Mama and the abundance she provides. A deeply nourishing and memorable experience.
